true instagram account - Instagram seller true cheated

i ordered one dress from instagram business account "true_sense***". I ordered with COD and it got delivered today (**th october ****). but the received product is not what i ordered, they sent me an cheap meeshow product. When i asked them about the same, they blocked me despite they promised to return or exchange the product with in * days after delivery.
"true_sense***" account is still operating inspite of doing fraud and blocking me. they do not care about complients and not worry about law. need strict actions aginst people like these.
I have enclosed whole chat and you can cleary see the block after i raised the concern. Beaware guds, please do not buy from "true_sense***" of instagram
