I recently came across an Instagram account selling shoes. So i decided to purchase two pairs of shoes as I saw that COD was available. She promised to deliver it within * days and also return within * days of delivery was available. But this person did not deliver my shoes and when I asked she said that *-* days delivery will be successful. So I waited but still nothing. So I asked her again when it will arrive then she said that they came up with a new way of paying and that I had to pay online or else my order will be cancelled. So i decided to cancel and she did. The next day I received a message saying that my package is out for delivery and that I needed to pay **** for it. So i called the delivery agent and asked him how it was possible as I had already cancelled. Then he said oh okay then I will call you later and I needed to give him the pin for cancellation. But I texted the woman from Instagram and asked if I could still receive the order as I had received a message. She said no. So I asked if I did pay COD then is it still okay? Then she said no do not pay COD pay here, she send me a QR code to pay. Given the fact that my product was already here in Shillong I decided to pay. I paid **** but this woman kept saying she did not receive even though I had send the screenshot of the payment. She send me the same screenshot of the money not received in her account but i noticed that the time was the same as the one she had send before. So I told her about this and after sometime she said oh she had received. Then after that she said I had to pay for GST taxes and delivery charge which was ***. So I asked her how come this wasn't mentioned before and she said that it was a brand new shoe. So i paid *** extra and after that she said ok she will update the delivery boy. So I waited. After an hour I asked if she had updated the boy she said no she had network issues but she said don't worry my package will arrive and that the delivery boy will also call me. I waited and after an hour or so the delivery boy called and asked for the pin to cancel the product. Then I told him but I already paid for it and the woman said she would inform them. He said he got no information and that if I wanted then I had to pay **** for it which I was not willing to do as I had already talked to the supplier. After this I told him wait let me call the seller. And when I called her it was switched off. Whatsapp messages were doube ticked but not blue ticked and after sometime when I threatened to file a case she blocked me everywhere in WhatsApp and Instagram. I lost **** over this and I am very upset. Kindly help me please.
