i ordered a laptop from mobiles.planet_ from instagram in *****rs he called me in isntagram and give me all details about order after that he share some order details after ****rs advance and told me that order will be dispached after full payment and tracking no. will be provide in whatsapp. he share me his account details in which i did payment through IMPS. after all this he told me that he we share all order details after one hour , after that hee told me that he will do it shortly. But now he blocked me and no contacting but his page is still active in instagram please help me he did fraud me with ***** rs in name of Carding order
