global particel store - Instagram scammer for Apple Iphone product

I am Bharath.M residing in Maduravasal at Tiruvallur district. I came accross a youtube channel named Vathiyaar in which he was promoting an agency named Ashwin Enterprises owned by Ashwin Ramkannan ( phone number :**********, Intagram id: https://instagram.com/globalparticlestore?utm_medium=copy_link) who sells expensive gadgets like iPhones at low cost. After several enquires, I thought of purchasing in Ashwin enterprises to get a brand new iPhone at a cheap price. On July **, I booked his product through my uncle's gpay account of INR **,***. Since the day I ordered the product, I was asking him about the delivery but more than ** days have been passed. Still I didn't receive the product and from the day one of ordering the product I didn't get proper update from his side. After these days, I found that he is a scammer through some youtube videos that he had already cheated many people like me and so many have lost their money to him. So I kindly request you to take mandatory action against him for the illegal activity of scamming others money. Please do the needful and help me to get back my money .
