Instaastro - InstaAstro Not Releasing Astrologer Payout and Not Providing Puja Service Updates

I am Kajol Shukla (Profile Name: Astro Urmili, Astrologer ID: ****), working as a Service Provider on the InstaAstro platform under a signed onboarding agreement.

As per the agreement and company policy, I suggested puja services to clients through the InstaAstro platform. The clients successfully booked and paid for the pujas. However, despite the bookings being completed, my payouts are still showing as "Not Credited".

Pending payouts:

In addition, the concerned clients have repeatedly informed me that they have not received the puja video or proper status update regarding their booked pujas. Due to this, my professional reputation is being negatively affected.

I have contacted InstaAstro support multiple times through available channels, but no satisfactory response has been provided and the issue remains unresolved.

I request that InstaAstro:

*. Release my pending payout of ₹**** immediately.


*. Provide complete status and proof of the booked puja services.


*. Deliver the puja videos and related updates to the concerned clients.


*. Provide a written explanation regarding the delay in payment and service delivery.
