To Whomsoever it may concern,
I have bought * packet of lays yesterday from a shop in Bangalore before getting onto a bus to Hyderabad.
I had * already and now after reaching home from office I opened and ate one pack and I was literally shocked and feeling bad as I saw insects/ cockroaches inside the packet.
Have attached the images for your ready reference.
Kindly advise on how to proceed further.
I feel like committing since I saw this. Very poor it is.
Have kept these things with me untill I get a proper response from your end.

Packet of lays was full of air . It happened with me *th time that I got a packet of lays which should have my favourite chips , but irritatingly filled with air .
