Cadbury - Insects in Cadbury dairy milk

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust at finding an insect in a Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate bar. I purchased the chocolate on **-**-**** from General store in Hyderabad, Telangana
I am shocked and appalled at the complete disregard for hygiene and quality control evident in your manufacturing process. Consuming a product contaminated with an insect is not only repulsive but also poses a serious health risk.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I demand a full refund for the product and a thorough investigation into how this incident occurred. Additionally, I request that Cadbury take immediate steps to improve its quality control measures to prevent such incidents from happening again.
I have attached a photograph of the insect for your reference. I look forward to your immediate response.
