We placed an order of * dinning table with INSARAF furniture worth ***** rs. They took this order on *th January, ****. As per their website tracking shipping date was **rd February, ****. I started following up with them when product was not shipped. They never informed us about any delay. Every-time I would call them they would give me different dates for delivery and promised to deliver and delivery date would never change. After multiple Customer care calls and emails they still haven’t resolved this. I asked them to refund the money but they are refusing that saying they got affected by COVID. If they are so legit why not refund customer’s money.
They never informed us about any possible delays. We sold our old dinning furniture based on the shipping date. I have asked them to cancel this order and refund money but INSARAF furniture is not willing to do that. They haven’t been responding as well.
