I had initiated withdrawal of my money by two different transactions first on **/**/**** of Rs. ****** and second on **/**/**** of Rs. *****. Total amount Rs. ****** and it’s been * months I have not received my own hard earned money, i tried contacting support many times but no proper response, raised multiple tickets but no use.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
