On August **, ****, at *:**:** PM IST, I placed an order for flowers with an expected delivery date of August **, ****, between **:** AM and **:** PM. However, on August **th, I received a call from your team explaining that there was an issue at the Jamnagar branch, which resulted in the inability to fulfill the delivery. During this call, it was assured that a refund would be processed to the card used for payment.
It has been several days since this communication, and unfortunately, I have not yet received the promised refund on my card. I kindly request your assistance in confirming the status of the refund process. Timely resolution of this matter is important to me, and I am eager to receive confirmation that the refund has been initiated.
Could you please provide an update on the refund status and any relevant details? I would appreciate clarity on when I can expect to see the refund reflected on my card statement.
