Mobikwik - Inproper Cashback offer

Hi

There was a Scheme mentioned " Cashback eligible per user per month". I have placed the order on **th and i got a cashback but i cancelled the order and placed the new order. Cashback which i received that got pullback and not recd again on tranaction done.

*. I have raised the Ticket of fraud transaction also and in the ticket they have mentioned will receive call back within ** hours. I didnt receive any call and the ticket which generate without any comments they have closed.

I have raised such ticket * time. I got a call only when i escalate to CEO. My fraud transaction also not resolved and cashback option also they were not agreeing
