Ordered a Smartwatch from Infrill, got a fake product, won't charge, wont switch on. Sent multiple mails to the Company, no reply.
Checked online and came to know more than *** customers have been scammed by Infrill.
Need to escalate this issue ASAP.
If not, will be forced to take this matter to Consumer court and also use social media to sham the company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
