OV COSMETICS Hastak - Influencer not provided content even after getting free product as promised

We are a new company in the market and even small loss and fraud is big for us.
We had a deal with an influencer Sonia Rana with phone number +** ***** ***** that if we provide goods to her free of cost she will promote our brand on Instagram. I have attached the copy of the payment we paid her for the product. After receiving the product she removed herself as a collaborator from the reel. Neither she is ready to ship the product back. This is a total loss for us.
We are simple and one person handling the company. We focussed always on our quality and dint know such people exist in the market. Instead of supporting indian made ayurvedic products they cheat us.
