Bewakoof and Opportune - Influencer Marketing Scam

I collaborated for Bewakoof through a scam agency called Opportune (https://www.instagram.com/opportune_app?igsh=MWRnN**sd*ZpamZvYw==)

Despite multiple follow ups and ***s of my messages over several months, I have not received my payment of *,***. The only response I’ve consistently received from the agency is that payment will be processed once they receive funds from Bewakoof, followed by complete lack of communication. They ghost for a long time.

This situation is extremely concerning, especially since:
•The deliverables were completed and approved on time
•My content was used by your brand- Bewakoof Official being run as an ad

There are multiple creators publicly sharing similar experiences of delayed or unpaid dues from the same agency

Also, the two representatives who were coordinating this collaboration with me: Anjali (+** ***** *****) and Sachin (+** ***** *****), are no longer with the company. And the current employee called Ratan (**********)

As a brand, you are ultimately accountable for ensuring that your partners and collaborators are compensated fairly and on time regardless of internal arrangements with third party agencies. Especially with my content was used as an ad

*. Confirm my payment status
*. Ensure that my pending payment is cleared at the earliest

If this is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate this further and speak about this experience publicly.
