Decathlon - Inferior quality product

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: This complaint is regarding product: Men's Hiking Raincoat Half Zip NH*** - Khaki
Reference: *******.
The Raincoat is not at all waterproof ,especially the zipper area of the raincoat as well as the pocket attached to it.
Because of the poor quality product my phone got damaged and stopped working.
It occurred on: **/**/****
I'd like Decathlon to discontinue this product and remove it from the shelf as it is clearly a case of false advertisement. The product is of inferior quality and failed to comply with users requirement. Also i'd like Decathlon to compensate me for monetary loss caused because of poor quality product and false advertisement.
