Lee India - Inferior Quality clothes from Lee

I bought a Lee jacket worth Rs. **** from Lee retail outlet in DLF Mall of India, Shop no. E-***, on **-Nov-**. The jacket was reversible with one side blue and other side red, so it could be sore from both sides. That's how it was marketed to me at-least.

Just after ** days, the blue colour started to show up all over the red colour. I had wore this jacket only couple of times by this time. And then it started to further spread from collar to back. I went to same Lee retail outlet around last week of Dec. and showed the defect. The retail guy at counter agreed that product was defective but not ready to replace it with new one. He claims he does not have same piece available and can't find any from other outlets. I also gave him offer to issue a complete refund of defective product, to which he denied.

Sir/Madam, I have spent a huge amount of INR **** to buy this jacket. As a salaried employee, it means a lot to me and I feel like being robbed by this retail shop. I also tried contacting, rather chasing, Lee India on their twitter account as well as their contact us section on their website many a times in last * months. But no one had even bothered to respond back. I seek your help to get this matter resolved and take strict actions against Lee India and associated retail outlet.
