Sabarish nair filed complaint against IndusInd Bank on Feb 25, 2021
I have been using indusind card for over * years now. I have lost my job due to covid and have be unable to make the payments for two months. But I will be making the payment in the coming few days as I have income coming in. However, I have atleast ** agents calling me every day and harrasing me using rude language. I have been a long customer of indusind and the first sign of default, they are treating me like a criminal. I fully intend to make the payment but I refuse to engage with anymore indusind staff.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
