Despite raising the matter promptly and following up through various channels, including phone calls and emails to both the teams that is Reliable and delhivery, I have yet to receive any satisfactory resolution or acknowledgment.

To provide clarity on the situation:

I reported the issue on the same day it occurred, highlighting the urgency of the matter.
I have attempted to contact the delhivery team multiple times via phone and email, but have not received any response or acknowledgment of my concerns.
Despite raising a query on your system the next day, I have not received any response or update on the status of my complaint.
Reliable, the courier service through which I sent the package, has also failed to respond to my inquiries and requests for assistance.
I have been patiently waiting for a resolution for ** days now, and the lack of communication or action is unacceptable.
