Indigo Airlines 6E - Indigo Not Refunding My Amount

I had * flight booking with indigo on **th April **** from dehradun to delhi and delhi to patna both the flights were cancelled by the airline due to covid-** reason and the refund has been given in the credit shell and not in my bank account i don't wish to travel for next *year and i want my refund in my bank account.
