Army postal service department of india - Indian army parcel delivery of Honda Dio

I have seen an ad in Quikr of Honda Dio of **** model in name of Vivekananda .... I called him for the vehicle he told he is from Pallavaram army base camp neither he can come out of army camp nor v can go inside...so he told he will send the vehicle through army parcel service...He asked to pay me ₹**** as courier service...Then one of his courier army personnel called and told me that v have to pay an amount of ₹**** after I paid he asked v have to pay it as ₹**** and ₹*** in two transactions... again I paid ₹**** and ₹***....then they asked me to pay ₹***** to generate mail for delivery... again I paid as ₹*****... They told I paid it all together... I had to pay ₹***** and ₹***... Again I paid ₹*****+₹***... I spoke to Vivekanand why have to pay so much amount.. he told he will speak to his higher authorities and call telling I have to pay another ₹***** so that they can return back to me round off amount of ₹*****.... I paid ₹*****... He returned back ₹***** and promised to send the vehicle and ₹***** on **th June ****....
