It seems like a scam company to me. I had ordered a mobile phone from Nokia in Black colour and I received a cheap yellow colour made in India phone from Neo company instead. I could have let go of the fact that it's not Nokia but quality of the phone which I received is worse than a toy phone or dummy phones. Also it came to me in polythene bags. Which company sends mobile phone in polythene bags???? Inspite of repeated emails for refund and return I have not received any response from the team of India E Shop and their so called '** hrs' customer care number is also switched off. It was my mistake that I ordered from a scam site. Be aware and stay away from this scamming website. Robbing people off their money.
