Indiacakes Com - Indiacakes com are scammer

The complain is regarding indiacakes.com, they are scammer, on * th I ordered a cake worth rs ***, after an hour I got a payment link for more *** rs as a delivery charge, so I asked the customer service to cancel it, they cancelled my order, & didn't paid me my amount back, then I called them several times, then they sent me a coupon code, i mailed them i need my money in my mode of payment as it was not my fault, they didn't mentioned anywhere that i need to pay more *** rs as a delivery charge, so i asked them to refund my money in my account, no reply came, so i called they said its not possible & cut the call, today again i called for *times, *times they cut the call after listening my issue & last time, miss sonali took my phone & said within * days i will get reply in the mail.. They can't do anything, & cant even transfer their call to senior, .......I WANT MY MONEY BACk
