Hi,
I had booked Big TV on March first but after many calls to the customer care they installed the TV on September with a new name as "Independent TV". Now it is too worst, It says "*** - signal is lost due to bad weather". and could not watch any channels. Please help me on this. Even I could not connect to their customer care.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
