No service, displays error *** which is for bad weather. the weather here is sunny no clouds no rain but there is absolutely no signal at all.. Tried contacting customer care but in vain...its always showing network busy error no matter how many times you try. The company has cheated on its customers initially there were many channels but now left with only limited channels that to with lot of pixelation,worst picture quality in comparison with other service provider. we were initially told the STB would be a HEVC STB with good picture quality, but the end product what we received is worst than all the service providers. Channels freezing with slightest change in weather. I want a proper and permenant resolution, either improve your quality of service or provide a refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
