I have been taken Independent TV connection in March ****. They provide me connection in the month of October. This connection works for * months only and after that various problems started like video freezing, so many channel not come and after that no signal of any channel. I raise complaint via call as well as on mail to refund my money but they refused or some time not giving reply. Please help me to get refund of Rs. **** which I had paid partly online and partly to their channel partner. I can provide mail communication for the support.
