Reddy filed complaint against Reliance Big TV on Jun 17, 2019
We bought this new Independent Tv DTH (later we realized Reliance BIG TV name changed as Independent TV), paid **** for * year unlimited channels and * years free to air channels. It's just * months and for the past * week, not even a single channel is coming. Worst customer care. They won't respond to you. Totally big fraud and waste of money. The company must take this issue as serious and resolve it ASAP.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
