Attached Invoice & Email interaction with Nothing support. I visited Nothing’s authorised service centre in Kanpur on **th August **** (** days ago) regarding my defective CMF Buds Pro *. The service centre confirmed that replacement was required but informed me that they had no stock available. They refused to provide a job sheet number, RMA, or even an acknowledgment of my visit. When I asked for a timeline on when replacements would be available, they said they could not provide any information and asked me to “just wait.” Since then, I have repeatedly followed up with Online Nothing Support. Despite my requests, they too have only asked me to wait indefinitely without providing any definite timeline for resolution. All I asked was a clear timeframe for when my replacement would be provided, but both the service centre and the support team have failed to do so. This amounts to clear deficiency in service as per consumer protection laws. A customer cannot be asked to wait endlessly without acknowledgment, job sheet, or timeline. I seek immediate resolution either by providing a replacement within a fixed time or an alternative (such as a purchase coupon)
