I have been charged incorrectly in the June bill. As per the previous records, in April the meter reading was **** to **** for which I have paid Rs ****. In May bill no ***** the meter reading was **** to **** for which I have paid Rs ****. In June bill the meter reading to my surprise was showing as **** to ****. I have been charged Rs ****. There seems to be some discrepancy with the meter reading. In April the last meter reading was **** and the start meter reading of the current bill that is June is also starting from ****. How is that possible if I have already paid Rs **** in May for the bill in which the meter reading is reflecting as **** to ****. Either refund the amount of Rs **** which I have paid in May or send a revised bill after deducting the paid amount of Rs ****.
