Yashoda Hospitals - Incorrectly advised to perform surgery

My dad is ** years old and was undergone a surgery in Yashoda wherein they have inserted stunt for block in the veine on **.**.****. This month my father visited Yashoda as a routine checkup and was advised to go for a angeogram. **.**.****, he got angeogram done and was later advised to go for a major surgery as there is a block in the stunt. As a part of *nd opinion we wanted to a different hospital this time and hence we asked for angeogram cd. These guys made my father roam around for * days and they took money and gave us a cd which was of **** and told us that this is the latest one. Surprisingly when i checked the date and went back to them for a latest copy of angeogram they made me wait for * hrs and asked me to come back on monday due to system issues. Today they are asking us to go for a angeogram again as the disc is corrupted. This is a fake test amd results shared by them. I need to take immediate action as i cannot let my dad go for angeogram again
