Ixigo and irctc - Incorrect train booked due to application issue

I wanted to book train for train number ***** for **th Jan-**** on **th Jan-**** morning **:**am. With PNR number ********** and **********. However, Incorrect train booked with train number ***** which has departure time *:**am even though I have booked correct train by verifying train number and time. Due to some application issue it has bokked incorrect train and this happened both the times. When I started booking it was showing ** available. Due to this I lost Rs. ****/- as passenger went there on **th Jan -**** around **:** and was not possible for them to travel early morning. Due to this issue I missed tatkal window to book correct train and have to make other arrangements which was quite expensive for me. Now they are not ready to accept their mistake. I am long term customer for IRCTC and this is first time I used IXIGO amd fall in to this mess. If I would have an idea about application issue I would have taken a screenshot. They are all liers and not ready to listen. total loss is for around ****+. **** for this booking and rest for other arrangements.
