Suraksha Diagnostics - Incorrect Time Slot given for Keshtopur resulting in harassment

Had received an on call and SMS confirmation from the Suraksha Helpline for my mother's ECG and Echo at Keshtopur at *.** pm on *th Sep,however, on reaching we came to know that the doctor is available only at *.** pm everyday and *.** pm has been incorrectly given. This was totally uncalled for and caused a lot of harassment for both of us since visiting the Centre takes a lot of prior adjustments , specially when you are accompanied by a ** year old senior citizen. Would urge the competent authorities to take immediate action so that such incidents can be avoided in future.
