On June **, ****, I had ordered sony wireless earbuds for Rs. **** for which got a confirmation message from the company, with a mention that delivery details will follow soon, but even after * days I didn't receive any communication from the company.
I tried contacting the company bia email but every time it bounced back and the phone number provided on the website is out of order.
On July **, **** I received the delivery of the product, but the product which was delivered was totally different, it was a local substandard headphone without any company packing or warranty.
I hereby request for a complete refund for the product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
