NOW FASHIONS SHOP NO 150 FLOOR GOOD EARTH CITY CENTRE GURGAON - Incorrect size of tracksuit given by retailer

I bought a ladies tracksuit from NOW FASHIONS showroom, GOOD EARTH CITY CENTRE GURGAON on **/**/****. While purchasing I asked the salesman bof showroom for XXL size of tracksuit to which he replied in affirmative. I made the payment of Rs **** via credit card and obtained the receipt and bill of the same. However, To my utter disappointment salesman packed the different sizes of upper and lower of tracksuit while upper of tracksuit was XXL size as asked but the lower of tracksuit was XL size which being a misfit (pictures attached) and gross misconduct by the showroom concerned. In order to get the correct size of lower (XXL), I went to the showroom and asked them to exchange and give me correct size so that tracksuit can be wore and used for which I have spent Rs **** . But they clearly denied to exchange the lower and with the correct size of XXL. So I asked them for refund if they couldn't give me correct size. They even denied to give the refund the money as well as misbehaved and argued with me. So I request to get me the refund as Misfit tracksuit is of no use to me.
