Billroth Hospital - Incorrect Report

I am Dharani here
I went to Billroth Hospital R.A puram branch on **th of july on Thursday I paid **** Rs for Heart checkup
From Healthchecks Department Assigned one sister Lalitha, she guided me for all investigations . She said that all reports will ready by Thursdayevening. she said meshe will fix appointment on Friday for cardiologist consultation

But she failed to call me regarding the same
I went to hospital on Saturday **th Of july
I collected reports from Reception there is some issues in reports Heamoglobin **.* and MCHC ** and platelets count ** and some mistakes with Lab

I went to the reception and shown the reports they went to the laboratory with my file I waited for ** mins in reception and I went to lab they are unable to tell the issue

I asked Dr Radhakrishnan sir( Chief Biochemist) to show me Lab logs whether remaining logs are correct are not he is telling it's a typing mistake

Without checking how you are giving to patients ??

He is telling if doctor seen this report then he might have change report on that time

I talked with medical super indent Dr Bharat I didn't get proper response from his side

I am planning to take some action on the hospital
