*.) During flight booking , I had added extra baggage for *Kgs. But after payment the extra baggage was not included due to yatra's technical issues due to which I had to pay extra at the airport counter .Extra baggage cost is lesser at the time of flight booking than paying at airport counter . (Loss of Rs.****)
*.) Also Yatra was running a promo discount offer of Rs.***/Pax but I was given a discount of only Rs.***/Pax (Loss of Rs.***)
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
