Style diwane - Incorrect product delivered

Vaidehi Nazare filed complaint against Style diwane on Oct 7, 2019

I came across this ad/website on Instagram. They had a legit website from where I could make the purchase. I ordered the product and got confirmation texts and calls from "Style Diwane". The product was delivered to me in a week's time. However, it is an incorrect product. I tried going back to the website and returning the product. But the website does not open now. I call them everyday from different numbers but they won't receive my calls. It would be really great if they replace my product or refund my money. Please help!
