MacDonald - Incorrect packaging

I ordered an American Mad Pie from McDonald's. His packing had a paper glass, a straw, and a paper handle. The glass was leakage and the paper handle was loose as if holding the handle the glass fell on the ground and all my mud pie shake fell. I said on the counter that I do not like the packing, you give me a plastic glass, they did not agree. Did it. If it was a plastic glass or your packaging was correct then this would not have happened so I lost *** because of your packaging.
