caseswrap com - Incorrect package delivery

Dear Officer, I had ordered * in * USB * TB flash drive through caseswrap.com on *th December **** with the order number CW*******. This order was consigned by E-Commerce company called shiprocket and the consignment was picked up by Bluedart via AWB number *********** from the address No. ***, Totaram Bazaar, Big Building Tower Main Road, Ganeshpura, Trinagar, Northwest Delhi ****** as confirmed with Bluedart customer care. An amount of Rs **** paid through UPI to Bluedart with the transaction ID T********************** on **th December ****. After unwrapping the package it was found to be a cheap phone case instead of * in * USB * TB flash drive. I tried contacting the merchant through email support@caseswrap.com but did not receive any response from them. Also there is no contact numbers available for grievance redressal. I humbly request to consider this grievance and help to get a full refund of amount Rs **** from the merchant as soon as possible.
