Zarf Studios - Incorrect Package Delivered

Very disappointed with the customer service and overall experience. I ordered two bedding sets, and for one of them I had mistakenly selected the wrong size. I contacted the support team immediately, and they confirmed that the size correction had been updated before shipping. However, when the order was delivered, they still sent the wrong size. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach out to get the issue resolved, but the team has been extremely unresponsive. Instead of helping fix a mistake that was already communicated and supposedly corrected, they are now simply saying that nothing can be done. This has been frustrating and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers and refusing to take responsibility after confirming a correction is unacceptable. I expected much better service and support.
