The quality of the products is not as expected.
The fitting does not match the regular size specifications mentioned on your website.
These are not linen blend shirts, as advertised.
The stitching is poor and lacks finishing.
The colors are significantly different from what was shown on your website—even considering variations due to lighting.
I submitted a return request, but there has been no follow-up communication. I am quite disappointed with the lack of response and support, which is not the experience I expected as a customer.
