I ordered * pair of leggings from this website but received * pair of leggings and * large kurta. Moreover, the leggings are not the pattern or the color that I chose and are extremely dull looking.
When I reached out to them for a return and refund, they told me that I would have to self-courier the products and that I would receive a refund for it on the Daily Knots wallet after the amount is reduced for the handling and stuff.
This doesn't make sense because it's not my fault that they got the order wrong. And I would even agree to self-courier, although I shouldn't have to, if they refunded the money in my bank but refund in wallet is no use to me since their products are fake from what they show on the website.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
