I had ordered a Green dress on the online website of GirlsGarb. I chose the cash on delivery option while placing the order. I received the package with * days of placing the order and was delivered by Blue dart courier service. The delivery boy did not allow me to check the order before the payment. So i paid him and took the package only to find a cheap third class saree to my shock.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
