Palladium Automotive - Incorrect Manufacturing Year Model Received

On January *, ****, I booked the aforementioned bike and clearly stated my desired delivery date of January **, ****. The showroom team assured me that this would not be a problem. I paid the full amount on January **, ****, and reconfirmed my delivery expectations with them multiple times.

On January **, ****, I received an OTP for the RTO process and reiterated my requirement for delivery on January **, ****. The team once again assured me that they would fulfill this commitment.

However, when I arrived at the showroom on the agreed delivery date with my family and friends, I was informed that the vehicle could not be delivered due to the RTO process still being incomplete. This situation was not only frustrating but also deeply embarrassing and insulting for me in front of my family and friends.
I had explicitly requested a **** manufacturing year model, but I have received a **** model instead. When I inquired about this discrepancy, I was informed by my advisor that your store manager, Mr. Amit Yadav, instructed the back office team to process my order with only the **** model without my consent.

I have attempted to reach Mr. Yadav directly, but my calls have gone unanswered, and it seems no one is available to assist me with my concern. To complicate matters further, the insurance document reflects a manufacturing year of ****, while the registration certificate I received indicates ****. This discrepancy is unacceptable and raises serious concerns.
