Hi,
I placed an order, which got delivered on *th Oct. I raised a complaint on **th oct stating that incorrect product was delivered. There has been absolutely no communication, except for automated email responses, even after sending multiple follow ups.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
