Sari bhandar Surat - Incorrect information and cheating intention

bought a saree which they said is linen but it’s some cheap product. No one is responding back for return either on what’s app or on email. The intent is clear that they want to cheat customers by giving wrong information. When u book the saree they call to confirm the order and now no one is responding and the call settings have been made in such a way that it seems that either the number is switched off or number is not getting forwarded. The return policy is also very vague. The website should be barred from selling the products.
