Dhani app indiabull credit line app - Incorrect entries in CIBIL report

I have used Dhani for more than * years now. I have always cleared all my pending loans on time. But recently I got to know when I applied for a personal loan from a bank. They rejected my application saying that I have pending overdues showing in my CIBIL report. Then I realized that a payment made through Dhani One Freedom Card on **/**/**** was still showing as overdue. It is a payment of **** and the overdue amount showing was over **k. I was in very need to personal loan at that time and due to this reason my loan got rejected. I have contacted Dhani customer support multiple times. Nearly I have written ** mails to their customer service. They are so dumb that they are not even able to understand my concern properly. I have even visited a local Dhani office in my town and checked with staff their regarding my dues which are showing. I have cleared all of them * months ago on ** Feb ****. But still it is not updated in my CIBIL report. I have even raised a dispute in CIBIL website, but these Dhani people are so careless that they don't even bother responding to it. So it is not changed yet. I have taken proofs of my cleared Loan amount of **** from Dhani branch office. I hope with a complaint here at least they will update my CIBIL report as soon as possible.
