TSSPDCL - Incorrect Electricity consumption billing by TSSPDCL

TSSPDCL department took electricity meter readings on *th June **** after ** days (*th March ****) and charged the consumers by dividing the consumed units / * months equally which is technically not correct as it resulted in unreasonable higher electricity bills for the consumers. This is unacceptable and incorrect.
My arguement is that the department have collected adhoc amounts in April and May **** from the consumers for which they should reduce the proportionate units also for the amounts received. Then calculate the current month invoice with the balance units consumed.

I have attached the Electricity bills for USC No.********* for my home / flat Meter; and the stupid calculation sheet provided by TSSPDCL.

(A)USC No. *********:
*) As per March *, **** meter reading, the consumption was *** units from
*th Feb **** to *th March ****.
*) We have paid RS.*, ***/- on **th April; and Rs.*, *** on **th May **** via
PayTM, totalling Rs.*, ***. This amount is shown wrongly as Rs.*, ***/-
*)As per June *, **** meter reading, the consumption was shown as *, ***
units for ** days for Rs.*, ***/- as energy charges. About Rs.*/- charged
per unit which is absolutely incorrect at all standards.

The Calculations has to be as following:
*) We request you to deduct the approximate units from the payment made by
us for Rs.*, *** (*, *** + *, *** separately)(mentioned in point no.*) from
the *, *** units mentioned in the point no.* above. Let's assume about ***
units (approximately) to be deducted for the payments made for Rs.*, *** and
Rs.*, *** separately.
*) *Thus remains *** units to be billed (*, ***-*** approx from above
point); to be billed for May ****. Under billing category CAT *B(ii),
Rs, */- upto *** units = *, ***/- + units ***-*** = *** uints @*.**=***/-+
units ***-***=** units @ *.**=***/-. Hence the Energy charges would /
should be Rs****/- + Rs.***/- + Rs.***/- = *, ***/- .*
**) Now, please add proportionate customer charges on Rs.*, ***/- (from
point *); then add applicable Electric Duty on Rs.*, ***/-; then arrive to
the final bill amount payable for USC No. *********.

The above formula has to be done for all the consumers. This will give the correct consumption details and correct billing. Instead, they have divided the total units consumed by * months and charged higher tariffs for * months and then reduced the amounts paid in April and May **** which is incorrect way of calculations. This has resulted in almost doubling the billing amount.
If they are not deducting the units for the adhoc payments made in April and May ****, then why did they collect the amount for those months. Why the collected amounts are shown less in the bill? Rs.*, **+*, *** = *, ***/- but shown as *, ***/-. This is absolutely a nonsensical calculations.
Request your good selves to save consumers from the corrupt TSSPDCL.
