I ordered a customized Lenovo Thinkpad E*** worth INR ***** on August **, ****. While placing the order I checked the delivery time as provided on the website, and it is shown as ** August **** (roughly * week). Today it is ** August **** and I have not yet received the order.
When I contacted their customer care they mentioned that since the order is customized once it will take more than * weeks to deliver. On top of that, they said that I can't cancel the order or get a refund. This was nowhere mentioned before/while I placed the order. Hence is clearly a fraudulent practice. I am building a product/startup and this has stalled my work directly. I had also mentioned to the customer care that my current laptop is non-functional and the delay is directly affecting my work but to no avail.
This has affected me mentally as well as my work directly. I did not expect the world's largest computer manufacturer to deal with its old customer in this way.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
