Dailyknots com - Incorrect delivery of package and non remittance of refund

I ordered three sets of dresses from website dailyknots.com on ** Jun **** and paid Rs. ****, however i received incorrect products of poor quality on ** Jun **** . I mailed them regarding the about the issue and i received a reply that i should return the package at my own expense. I returned the package on ** Jun **** through speed post which finally delivered back to the firm on ** Jul ****. Now that package is returned in pristine condition, I was asked to wait for refund for one more week. Till now i have not received the refund and i am compelled to place new order even after repeated refusals.
