Placed an order with House of Kemp, Kochi, Kerala Phone: +** ********** for Kids clothing/dress to match an outfit for an event overseas. Once they received the advance payment, nil further correspondence on the clothing selection or handwork process or any updates to verify the costumer satisfaction. After multiple desperate phne calls in few days, send a picture of a dress almost made completely against the placed order and design. Wen argued about this and expressed dissatisfaction they tried to reinforced and mislead that it is true match and things appear differently when not fully made or stitched.
Receives the product in Australia, completely different colour, cheap quality cloth and terrible handwork pattern despite multiple pleas to change the same.
Nil professionalism or genuinity to the costumer and compete rip off for the money I have paid and the product i received.
In this short time before the event, I am in a terrible situation as no other means or alternative.
